🔄 How to Start Your Return — Step by Step

  1. Click the link to email us directly at styleheist.wb@gmail.com
  2. Tell us what's wrong — describe the issue with your product or package
  3. Let us know what you'd like — whether you want to cancel your order or replace the item(s)
  4. We'll review your request — our team will look into your return enquiry
  5. Receive your FREE return label — we'll email you a QR code to use as your free shipping label. No printing required!
  6. Drop it off — take your parcel to any local post office and use the QR code to send it back to us
  7. Allow 7 days for your package to reach us from the date you posted it
  8. Inspection carried out — once received, our warehouse team will check that the item is unused, labels are intact, and everything is in the same condition as dispatched
  9. Refund approved! — once passed inspection, your full order amount will be refunded to your original payment card or your bank account (just share your bank details if needed)
